How to Make Ginger Juice at Home

Making ginger juice at home is a simple process. Here’s a basic recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Fresh ginger root
  • Water

  • Blender or grater
  • Cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer
  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Glass jar or bottle for storing

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ginger: Peel the ginger root using a vegetable peeler or a spoon. Cut the ginger into small pieces.
  2. Blend the ginger: Place the ginger pieces in a blender and add a little water. Blend until the ginger is finely chopped.
  3. Strain the mixture: Place a piece of cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer over a bowl. Pour the blended ginger mixture onto the cheesecloth or strainer. Use a spoon to press the mixture and extract the juice into the bowl.
  4. Store the ginger juice: Pour the ginger juice into a glass jar or bottle for storage. Store it in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Tips:

  • You can adjust the concentration of the ginger juice by adding more or less water.
